CHEESECAKE

--CRUST:--
1 box Zwiebach
2 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Crush Zwiebach and mix crumbs with margarine and sugar and cinnamon. Press
into bottom of springform cake pan and up sides. --FILLING:--
3 tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
18 oz. cream cheese
6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Sift together flour, salt and sugar. Cream thoroughly with cream cheese. Beat
egg yolks and add in flour and cream cheese mix. Beat in sour cream and
vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 3 tablespoons sugar.
Fold into cheese mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 300 - 325 degrees. Turn off heat
and let cool in oven. Top with strawberry glaze.
