FIVE FLAVOR POUND CAKE

- from Cupcake recipe
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. cake flour, 3 c. all purpose
minus 6 tbsp.
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. each: lemon extract, rum
extract, coconut extract, almond
extract, and vanilla extract
Cream butter and Crisco together. Sift flour, sugar and baking powder
together. Set aside. Add eggs and milk to butter and Crisco. Mix well. Add
dry ingredients to mixture. Mix well. Add flavorings last. Bake in a greased
and floured tube pan in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert onto serving plate and cool completely.
