1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. rice
1/2 c. diced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 qts. water
1 tsp. instant bouillon, vegetable
flavor
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
