1 sm. size pkg. butterscotch diet
pudding
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 egg
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream shortening. Add egg and beat. Add milk and corn syrup; mix the dry
ingredients, pudding, flour, and baking powder together. Add to creamed
mixture. Add vanilla and mix. Pour into tube pan or loaf pan or 2 layer pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
